The Momma Movement: Pre & Postnatal Fitness
Motherhood changes everything including how we move and feel in our bodies. The Momma Movement at Iron Family Fitness is here to support you through those changes so you can feel strong, connected, and capable at every stage. Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, many years postpartum, or navigating loss, you’ll find compassionate coaching and a community that understands what you’re going through.
Core Reconnect
For anyone cleared to return to exercise after birth, this 4-week program is your first stepping stone back. This small group consists of a maximum of 6 mommas to prioritize individualized needs and community. We’ll focus on breath, core mind-body connection, and safe strength-building so you can heal, move with confidence, and rebuild your foundation without worrying about pain or setbacks.
Small Group Training
Train alongside a small crew of other Iron Family mommas, with coaching that’s tailored to your pregnancy or postpartum stage. Programming is adapted to meet your where you’re at in your journey. In these twice-a-week sessions, we’ll build strength, stability, and conditioning while paying special attention to core and pelvic health, so you feel supported and challenged in the right ways.
Personal Training
Do you prefer a one-on-one setting? Our momma coaches at Iron Family will meet you where you’re at whether that’s pregnancy, early postpartum, or years down the road. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your unique body and goals with the care, expertise, and encouragement you deserve.
March Core Reconnect
Each session is 4-weeks and a total of 8 classes. Our first session at Iron Family will be kicking off the week of March 3rd meeting Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm
